SC-Store provides IT hardware procurement and professional repair services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
All hardware quotations are subject to stock availability and current market pricing. A quotation is not a binding contract until formal acceptance and payment have been initiated. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or inventory shortages.
Our repair services, including component-level repairs and data recovery, are performed by skilled technicians. While we strive for the highest success rates, we cannot guarantee that every device or all data can be fully recovered. Repair services come with a standard 30-day warranty covering only the specific components replaced or repaired by SC-Store.
In no event shall SC-Store, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. By continuing to use our services after modifications are published, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
